When are you most in flow? When I play basketball or have an intimately deep conversation about God.

How do you exercise? I do pushups and weights.
What community’s inspire you? Online communities that follow me in Instagram (IG) and my network of friends and entrepreneurs.
Are you more Hustle or more Zen? I’m a good mix but zen is my rest position.

How do you define work/life balance? When our life matches patterns that uplift us. It’s very important.
