Write fiction ...hey, I still might! :)

How do you define a good work/life balance, and how important do you think it is?

“I don’t believe there is a balance. It’s about work/life integration for me. It all flows together, and it all feeds my soul.”

Are you married? With kids? How has this affected your balance?

Yes and yes. It has made me even more effective and efficient. If I am not spending quality time with my son or husband, Patrick Barnhill (fellow entrepreneur and adventurer) I am making sure I am doing something worthwhile!

Any sound advice for new, struggling entrepreneurs and hustlers?

Chances are you are trying to be someone else. Don’t. You never know the truth of someone else’s life. Only compete against yourself.

What advice would you tell your younger self?

Seek out help - in all areas - sooner. I wish I’d gotten a business coach YEARS ago!

What is one issue you are out to change with your business?

Helping people succeed in the digital age.
