What would you do if you did not do your existing work/business?
Something creative, help my children and grandchildren with projects

How do you define a good work / life balance, and how important do you think it is?
I think it is essential. And I think the best way to do this is to integrate what you love doing, your purpose and passion, into your work - so that work is play. I also believe it is important to establish priorities, set boundaries, and say no to useless distractions.

Are you married, in partnership, have kids? How have relationships impacted your balance?

I am single now previously married twice. First, I was married for 26 years, with four children, and now three grandchildren. Second marriage was five years. These relationships have helped me reinforce my center and deepen my spiritual practices.

What’s some advice you would give to new or struggling entrepreneurs/hustlers that seem out of balance?
Clarify your mission in life - why you are here. What is your primary focus and why is this important? How does this help others - besides yourself. Evaluate how you are spending your time. Ask yourself, what can I “delete?” Do not confuse activity with productivity.

What advice would you tell your younger self?
Keep the faith. Keep believing in yourself. You are destined for great things. Adversity and doubt will present themselves. Take note, learn, adjust, and move on.

What is one issue you are out to change in the world?
Help people “wake up” and see things differently, more positively - including themselves. Get “Beyond Doubt,” the title of one of my books.

What is your favorite quote, mantra, motto?
Let be, let go, let see, let flow

Your last 2¢

A recent favorite quote comes from Nikola Tesla: “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

Another favorite is from Albert Einstein: “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”
